My Mum's Story Growing up, I watched my mum go through menopause and saw first-hand how much it affected her daily life, from her mood and energy levels to her overall wellbeing. Seeing someone I love struggle so much had a lasting impact on me.

A Realisation I've always dreamed of building my own business, and while researching menopause I realised just how many women were suffering and how little support seemed to be available. The more I learned, the more I felt there had to be accessible options worth exploring.

Discovering Copper During my research, I came across copper and the many positive experiences people had shared.
